On Friday night, Luka Dončić, the remarkable Dallas Mavericks' star, showcased his brilliance during the closing moments of the game, nailing four 3-point shots, one of which was a game-winning shot off the backboard. This outstanding performance led the Mavericks to a triumphant 125-120 victory against the Brooklyn Nets.

Dallas improved to 2-0 this season thanks to Dončić's impressive performance, notching up 49 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. Remarkably, he showcased his shooting skills by hitting 9-of-14 shots from long range.

A potential new contract with a value exceeding $80 million annually could be signed by the highly accomplished 24-year-old Dončić, who has been recognized as an All-Star on four occasions, in the year 2025.
