In the Division 1 high school basketball quarterfinals, the following games took place:

Quarterfinal 1:
- Zeeland West faced off against Muskegon, with Zeeland West emerging victorious with a score of 53 to 52. The game was held at Grand Haven.

Quarterfinal 2:
- Ann Arbor Huron competed against East Lansing, with Ann Arbor Huron securing a win with a score of 54 to 48. The game took place at Holt.

Quarterfinal 3:
- North Farmington played against River Rouge, with North Farmington coming out on top with a score of 62 to 51. This game was held at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Quarterfinal 4:
- Orchard Lake St. Mary’s went up against Birmingham Brother Rice, and Orchard Lake St. Mary’s emerged victorious with a score of 52 to 43. This game took place at the University of Detroit Mercy.
