Tuesday night, the No. 4-ranked Orchard Lake St. Mary's Eaglets maintained their lead for the entire game, defeating the No. 9 Novi Detroit Catholic Central Shamrocks with a final score of 70-56.

Trey McKenney stood out among all players with a remarkable performance, contributing 24 points and nine rebounds. However, McKenney had a strong supporting cast. Barnes concluded the game with 15 points and five rebounds, Jayden Savoury recorded nine points and five rebounds, and Isaiah Hines provided a boost off the bench with 10 points.

On the opposing side, Catholic Central heavily relied on Uchenna Amene, who scored 21 points. Sam Howard and Asher Suardini also made significant contributions, reaching double figures with 11 and 10 points for the Shamrocks, respectively.
