Grind Session is the first-ever winter circuit dedicated to elite high school basketball, providing a national stage for top programs and rising talent. Each season, teams compete in some of the most iconic and culturally rich cities across the United States, along with international stops in Canada, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. From November through March, more than 400 high-level games create an action-packed environment designed to challenge athletes, elevate competition, and prepare players for the next chapter of their basketball journey.
