Final (OT): Ft. Erie 67, Western Reserve 64
03/01/2026

Overtime basketball always comes down to toughness, execution, and composure — and Ft. Erie delivered all three in a gritty 67–64 win over Western Reserve.
In a game that swung possession by possession late, Eli Jolin earned Player of the Game honors with an impact performance: 11 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. While the scoring column was balanced, Jolin’s work on the glass and defensive activity were the difference in overtime. Extra possessions matter in tight games — and his 12 rebounds proved critical.
Western Reserve battled throughout regulation and forced the extra period with resilience, but Ft. Erie’s defensive stops and rebounding control in OT sealed it. When games tighten, discipline wins — and Ft. Erie executed when it mattered most.
