- Orchard Lake St. Mary’s defeated Grand Blanc with a final score of 65-40.
- Brother Rice emerged victorious over Clinton Township Chippewa Valley with a score of 76-44.
- East Lansing secured a win against Portage Central with a final score of 82-63.
- Ann Arbor Huron triumphed over Wayne Memorial with a close score of 53-50.
- Muskegon emerged victorious over Cadillac with a score of 40-28.
- Zeeland West secured a win against Forest Hills Central with a score of 56-51.
- River Rouge defeated Woodhaven with a final score of 69-47.
- North Farmington won a close game against De La Salle with a score of 54-53.
