Just over a month after receiving an official offer from Jon Scheyer and the Duke Blue Devils, Austin Goosby is headed to Durham earlier than expected.

The 6’5 combo guard from Texas, ranked among the top guards in the 2026 class, has moved up his official visit and will now be on campus August 27th as he evaluates where he’ll play his college basketball.

While early projections favor Texas, Goosby’s recruitment remains wide open. He’s also taking visits to:

• Miami Hurricanes

• BYU Cougars

• Baylor Bears

• SMU Mustangs
